This work, Neung Seon, carries the meaning of “Ridges,” capturing the beauty of Korean nature and its flowing lines.
Inspired by the mountain peaks of Korea, the artist sought to embody the serene and quiet landscape created by layers of mountain ranges overlapping one another. The work reflects the peaceful and contemplative atmosphere found in these natural scenes.
Each piece is finished with natural lacquer, giving it a deep and rich color. It is the artist’s hope that this beauty may gently become a part of everyday life.
· All ottio products are handcrafted, with every process carried out by the maker’s hands.
· Slight variations in size and form may occur depending on the making process.
· Minor scratches, marks, or traces of flowing lacquer may appear during production.
· Slight color variations may occur during the refining (color mixing) and drying process of the lacquer.
· Although finished with a durable lacquer coating, the product may be damaged if it comes into contact with sharp surfaces or receives strong impact, such as being dropped.
· Please take extra care with the edges, as they are more susceptible to chipping.
