Terms of Service
PrizmK is a platform that facilitates the discovery and connection of works and products. These Terms of Service set out the basic conditions for membership and use of the Service. Certain services may require additional agreements. Please review the full Terms of Service for details. Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the online platform services (the “Services”) provided by PrizmK (the “Company”) and set forth the basic rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members. Article 2 (Definitions) The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows: “Platform” means the PrizmK website operated by the Company and any related online services. “Member” means any individual or entity that has agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and has completed the registration process. “Creator” means a Member who registers works or products on the Platform. “Buyer” means a user who browses works or products or submits inquiries through the Platform. Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms) These Terms become effective upon a Member’s agreement during the registration process. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws. In the event of any amendment, the Company will provide prior notice of the amended Terms and the effective date through the Platform. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may discontinue use of the Services and request account termination. Article 4 (Membership and Account Management) Membership is completed when a user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and provides the required information in accordance with the Company’s procedures. Members represent and warrant that the information provided at the time of registration is accurate and up to date. Members are responsible for managing their account credentials, and the Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of an account. Article 5 (Provision of Services) The Company provides Members with the following Services: Access to a Platform member account Registration of works and products Access to content and Platform features The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services and will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice in such cases. Article 6 (Role and Limitations of the Platform) PrizmK is a platform service that facilitates the discovery and connection of works and products and is not a party to any transaction. The Company does not directly participate in or intervene in transactions, contracts, or disputes between Members or between Members and third parties. The Company does not guarantee sales, transaction completion, or revenue generated through the Platform. Article 7 (Application of Additional Agreements) [Important] The Company may require separate terms or agreements for certain Services, including but not limited to work registration, buyer inquiry handling, sales, and settlement. Certain services may require additional agreements. Such Services will be provided only to Members who have agreed to the applicable additional terms or agreements. Article 8 (Member Obligations) Members shall comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Members shall not engage in any conduct that infringes upon the rights of others or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform. Members are solely responsible for the content and information they register on the Platform. Article 9 (Service Restrictions and Account Termination) The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate a Member’s access to the Services if the Member violates these Terms. Members may request account termination at any time in accordance with the procedures provided by the Platform. Article 10 (Disclaimer) The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, system failures, communication errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Company shall not be liable for outcomes that do not meet a Member’s expectations resulting from the use of the Platform. Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal place of business. Addendum These Terms shall take effect as of 6 JAN, 2026. 🔒 Interpretation Notice These Terms are governed by and construed based on the Korean version. In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and translated versions, the Korean version shall prevail.

Privacy Policy
PrizmK (“Company”) values the protection of personal information and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected in connection with the use of the PrizmK platform (the “Service”). 1. Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection (1) Categories of Personal Information Collected The Company may collect the following personal information as necessary to provide the Service. ① Membership Registration and Account Management (Required) Email address, password (stored in encrypted form) (Optional / as applicable) Name / creator name / brand name, contact information, country, website or social media links ② Use of Creator Services (Work/Product Registration, etc.) Work and product information (images, descriptions, pricing, specifications, etc.) Service usage records (registrations, edits, inquiry responses, etc.) ③ Automatically Collected Information IP address, cookies, access logs, service usage records, device and browser information (2) Methods of Collection The Company collects personal information through the following methods: Membership registration and service input forms Automatic collection during service use (logs, cookies, etc.) Customer inquiries and communication processes 2. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information The Company uses collected personal information solely for the following purposes: Member identification and account management Provision and operation of the Service Display and management of works and products Mediation of buyer inquiries and communication Customer support and service-related notices Service improvement and operational analysis (including security and error handling) Compliance with applicable laws and terms, and dispute resolution Marketing Communications (Optional) With a Member’s separate consent, the Company may send marketing communications, such as service updates, new features, exhibitions, projects, and curated content via email. The Company applies a double opt-in process for marketing communicationswhere required by applicable laws or regional standards,including for users located in the EU/EEA. 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information The Company retains and uses personal information until the purpose of collection and use is achieved, unless otherwise required by applicable laws. Upon a Member’s request for account deletion, personal information will be destroyed without delay, except where retention is required by law. Where retention is required under applicable laws (e.g., for dispute resolution or legal obligations), personal information may be retained for the legally required period. 4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties As a general rule, the Company does not provide Members’ personal information to third parties. Exceptions apply in the following cases: Where the Member has provided prior consent Where disclosure is required by applicable laws Buyer Inquiry Mediation Due to the nature of the Service, when mediating buyer inquiries, certain information necessary for responding to inquiries (such as inquiry details or contact information including email or phone number) may be shared with the relevant counterparty. The Company will endeavor to clearly notify Members of such sharing through service interfaces or procedures where feasible. 5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing The Company may outsource part of its personal information processing activities to third parties in order to provide the Service smoothly. In such cases, the Company enters into agreements in accordance with applicable laws and takes necessary measures to ensure that personal information is securely managed. Any changes to outsourced service providers or the scope of outsourcing will be disclosed through this Privacy Policy. If and when outsourcing details are finalized, the Company may disclose them in a table format specifying the service provider, scope of work, and retention period. 6. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them Members may exercise the following rights at any time: Request access to personal information Request correction or deletion of personal information Request suspension of processing of personal information Requests may be submitted via email to the Personal Information Protection Officer listed below. The Company will process such requests without delay in accordance with applicable laws and may request verification of the requester’s identity where necessary. 7. Destruction Procedures and Methods Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery. Paper documents are destroyed by shredding or incineration. 8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information The Company implements the following measures to protect personal information: Minimization of access rights and access control Encryption of passwords and sensitive information Security updates and vulnerability checks Internal management plans and training for personnel handling personal information Monitoring of logs and abnormal access where necessary 9. Use of Cookies The Company may use cookies to maintain login sessions, enhance security, and improve services. Members may refuse or delete cookies through browser settings. Refusal of cookies may limit the use of certain features of the Service. 10. Possibility of Cross-Border Transfer Depending on the infrastructure or tools used by the Company, personal information may be processed or stored outside the Republic of Korea. If cross-border transfer occurs or changes, the Company will provide notice and take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws. 11.
