The “Kihonsangje Korean Traditional Pattern Ceremony Envelope Set” is a series of ceremonial envelopes that reinterpret traditional Korean patterns with a modern sensibility, and it is used for holding cash or gift cards.
Inspired by four of Korea’s most iconic floral motifs —lotus, plum blossom, peony, and chrysanthemum — this collection blends unique design sensibility with centuries of cultural heritage. These flowers, long cherished in Korean art for their natural beauty and symbolism, are reimagined with simplifi ed lines and refi ned forms that highlight the elegance of space and restraint.
By using thick, high-quality hanji (traditional Korean paper), we aimed to create envelopes that embody both Uniqueness and practicality.
