The central motif of the piece is “gold.” I was inspired by an old artifact crafted using the granulation technique and wanted to reinterpret it in ceramics. By using overglaze decoration, I expressed the granulation technique. After the glaze firing, gold luster is applied to the decorations, which then undergoes overglaze firing.
As each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in weight may occur. The average weight is approximately 140g.
This is a handcrafted piece. From design and production to glazing and kiln firing, every process is carried out by the artist. As a result, slight variations may occur between individual pieces.
-Use mild dish soap and warm water
Dip a soft cloth in soapy water and gently wipe the vase’s exterior.
For dusting, use a soft artist’s paintbrush for intricate areas.
-Avoid abrasive scrubbers
Never use steel wool or rough brushes—they can scratch the glaze.
